Meet The Team
Executive Director
Janice Nodvin
Janice Nodvin serves as Clinic Director for the Adult Disability Medical Healthcare. Mrs. Nodvin has over nine years’ experience as an educator and has worked extensively as a parent advocate for over thirty years. Ms. Nodvin is Executive Director of the Adult Disability Medical Healthcare. She has certification in care management in aging. She has supported and initiated numerous community programs in the area of developmental disabilities. She serves on the Community Advisory Council of the Center on Learning for Disabilities and is active in disability awareness at the Marcus Jewish Community Center of Atlanta, the Down Syndrome Association of Atlanta and her synagogue. Her inspiration is her adult son, Evan, age 40 who has Down syndrome, who has held a job with the same company for over 18 years and lives independently. He serves as a self-advocate on the Georgia Council on Developmental Disabilities.
Medical and Research Director
Andrea S. Videlefsky, MD
Dr. Videlefsky is a Family Practice Physician of Urban Family Practice Associates, an active member of the Down Syndrome Medical Interest Group (DSMIG) and serves as a Family Physician Champion for Healthcare Transition. She is dedicated to serving patients through the patient-centered medical home model. She has a special interest and expertise in treating teens and adults with Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities. She is an active member and leader of the medical research team and serves as a Principal Investigator on our ADMH research
initiatives. Andrea is involved in a non-profit organization focusing on philanthropy and social justice. She received the 2016 Turner Community Leadership Award.
Clinic Physician
Godfrey Mark, M.D.
Dr. Mark hails from the beautiful twin-island republic of Trinidad & Tobago where he completed high school before attending Atlanta's Morehouse College. Subsequently, he received his MD from Howard University of medicine and completed the Georgetown University/ Providence Hospital Family Medicine Residency program both located in Washington DC. He has additional board certification in Integrative Holistic Medicine and is also a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor Medical Society. In addition to swimming and playing basketball, he enjoys spending time with his wife Natalie, and their children Noelle and Etan. he is also a member of the Greenforest Community Baptist Church.
Administrative Assistant
Beth Bryant, APRN
Beth learned about ADMH when looking for adult healthcare for her son Daniel, age 33, who has Down Syndrome. She has many years of experience in the medical field. She earned a BS in nursing at New York University and a MS as a Women’s Health Nurse
Practitioner from Georgia State University. Most recently she worked with female cancer patients. She retired in 2023 from Northside Hospital. She will be working at ADMH as an administrative assistant. Beth will help with compiling patient reports, helping in the clinic as needed and following up to assist patients and caregivers. Beth enjoys spending time with her family, reading, knitting and baking.
Outreach Education Director
Pat Satterfield, MA
Pat has worked in the area of Assistive Technology for more than 30 years. She especially enjoys designing and adapting curriculum materials for those with disabilities. Serving currently as the Executive Director of Dunamis Educational Foundation, she partners with community agencies such as the Gwinnett County Public Library and ADMH to provide appropriate literacy and life skill learning activities for adults with I/DD. Pat and her husband Ben also provide an online bible study for adults with I/DD on Mondays evenings. They are the proud parents of Blake, 32, with Down Syndrome as well as three other sons. Pat holds BS in Biology from the College of William & Mary, a BS from the Medical College of Virginia in Medical Technology, and a Master’s degree in Christian Education from the Presbyterian School of Christian Education.
Marketing Director
Nikki Gonzalez, MS
Nikki serves as the ADMH Marketing Director. Nikki earned her bachelor's degree in Christian Ministry and Education at Leavell College, and her Master's degree in Mental Health counseling at Palm Beach Atlantic University. During college Nikki spent seven years in the classroom working as a special education paraprofessional. Nikki is married to Noel, and they have two children Mateo, & Bella Grace. During her free time Nikki enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Behavioral Specialist, M. Ed
Jennifer Meschi
Jennifer has a long history of supporting behavior in Gwinnett, Fulton, and Paulding County School Districts in various capacities. However, her journey with behavior therapy started over 2o years ago providing in-home respite services for two boys with Autism. Intimately understanding the needs of a family struggling with behavior and seeing the impact positive behavior strategies can make, inspired her career change into education. Her experiences in the school setting include teaching, behavioral consultation, training and leadership, always focused on improving the lives of those with disabilities.

Jennifer holds a bachelor's degree in Management and Information Technology from Georgia State University. She is also certified in Educational Leadership and is currently employed in Henry County Schools. She is a proud wife, mother, and stepmother with four children and lives in Atlanta.
Dietitian
Julie Taube. MS, RD, LD
Julie Taube is Registered Dietitian and Personal Nutrition Coach. She is the owner of Nutrition Ventures, LLC in Atlanta, Georgia. Julie received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin in Madison and holds a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Georgia State University. She specializes in creating customized wellness plans to accommodate her clients’ personal health goals, including weight loss, athletic performance, and disease prevention. Julie loves sharing her passion for healthy living and is a frequent inspirational speaker for community groups, corporate clients, and small businesses. She believes nutrition coaching should be fun while being productive. She knows from coaching hundreds of clients that the investment in habit change is an invaluable component to life full of success and happiness! Julie has been a proud member of the ADMH team for over a decade.
